    2. Proposed Order to Show Cause and Preserve Property: $10
      1. this is another document that the Judge signs to order the Defendant to not do anything stupid with your pet (like hide, hurt your pet, give your pet away, starve your pet, etc.) and requires the Defendant to show up at a specific date and time to answer your Motion about getting your pet back prior to trial.
      1. Proposed Writ of Seizure: $10
        1. This is the document the Judge gives to the Clerk of Court to tell the Sheriff to go and get your pet from the Defendant.
