Stalder v. Colorado Mesa University sets Important Precedent!

This is a MAJOR WIN for service dogs and their handlers in Colorado!🐾 The Colorado Appellate Court has rightly rejected the “legitimate suspicions” doctrine – a doctrine allowed in some states that permits unscrupulous public entities to get away with discrimination. This case now sets the standard in Colorado for the most expansive yet inclusive approach to allowing disabled persons access to public places with their service animals, as they should be! This is such important precedent for all the service underdogs that come after Mr. Stalder. We are so grateful and humbled to have been a part of this ground-breaking precedent.❤️
